"Cellvento ModiFeed Prime COMP" is a chemically defined (CD) medium that replenishes depleted nutrients necessary for cell function and enables high-concentration single feed at neutral pH to extend the production culture period in fed-batch mode. It is formulated for fed-batch production of monoclonal antibodies (mAb) and biopharmaceuticals using various Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell expression systems.
